an evening at the broadmoor

we decided to kick off the holiday season at the broadmoor hotel's annual tree lighting ceremony.  though the event was a bit delayed, we were happy with the warmer than usual weather, festive music, great company of friends and eventually...the beautifully lit land scape.  channing had fun dancing to the band and chasing ducks and thought the lights were "beautiful" (signed) and bright.  i can't believe thanksgiving is over and christmas is on its way!
