love

i haven't been very good at updating my blog in the past week.  there has been a lot going on...between finals week at the college, luc and i trying to find balance between work and family, preparing for the holidays, and mentally and emotionally trying to deal with the school shooting that occurred in connecticut...it's been a little taxing on us.  much like how most families are feeling right now, i am sure.  

i've been trying to reassess my goals, my commitments, our schedules, my health and a few other things on my list.  one thing is for certain.  this little bird of ours brings so much love, laughter and happiness into our lives...neither one of us wants to take from granted the time we get to spend with her.  i never knew a little being could change my life so very much and i love her with everything i have.
