handmade felt booties

can you believe a friend of mine found these sweet handmade booties in the trash?  don't ask why they were looking in the trash to begin with :).  the point is, these are fantastic...with such great detail and adorableness.  they are pretty tiny, definitely newborn sized, and made entirely out of wool felt with beautiful little hand stitching, embroidery and pearl buttons.  now the really cool part...not only were there booties but also the pattern used to make the booties!  not that i need to add one more item to my list of things to do but, wouldn't these be an amazing gift for a new mama and her little one?  i am in love.
